St Peter’s Church Irthlingborough will be hosting Hansel and Gretel as well as other famous story book characters.
St Peter’s Fundraising Committee have created a magical adventure where people can travel through the church to see story book scenes Saturday 18 July from 11am-3pm.
Inside you can visit The 3 Little Pigs and blow down the house of straw and outside you can take a trip up the tower to see Jack and the Beanstalk.
There is no entry fee you can spend your money on the different stalls there with face painting, have a bounce on the bouncy castle and join the story telling time.
Margaret Bull, Secretary of St Peter’s and the Fundraising Committee want to give people a chance to look around the Church and join a fun filled day. Margaret said, ‘We want to build links with families around us’.
Last year the Church brought ‘A Day at the Seaside’ to Irthlingborough, raising £832.
